FULLeCOM Selects Industri-Matematik's New Solution for B2B eFulfillment and eCRM

Industri-Matematik International Corp. (NASDAQ: IMIC) today announced a major new contract with FULLeCOM, Inc. to provide its new eFulfillment/eCRM software configuration for dot.com businesses. The software will allow FULLeCOM to integrate customer care with its eFulfillment and WebStore operations in one complete solution, delivering high-speed movement of goods and world-class customer service.
FULLeCOM(R) is a leading provider of B2B and B2C logistics and customer care services to e-tailers, direct marketers and manufacturers doing business over the web. Currently, the company provides eFulfillment and eCRM services to over 600 merchant partners, including Hollywood.com, 1-800-Flowers and Body by Jake.
FULLeCOM is one of several companies that has recently selected the new solution from Industri-Matematik, the first to integrate highly scalable and functional fulfillment and CRM applications specifically for dot.com businesses. The software is designed for rapid deployment and yet, will scale as dot.com businesses grow dramatically.
The eFulfillment software will be the e-commerce transaction engine for FULLeCOM to manage its merchant partners' B2B and B2C supply chains. eCRM software will manage FULLeCOM's contact center including all customer care interactions via the Web, WAP, phone or email. The applications are scheduled to be implemented at FULLeCOM in eight weeks.
