monty, the govt is getting over BIG on this mortgage insurance scam. say one pays $100, on avg. the easier loans are and the more unaffordable the home for the buyer, ther more the govt rakes in. i earn $150 marginal dollars to pay the $100 premium ($50 to uncle sam). the mortgage company turns around and has to pay tax on it, right? where are my tea bags? -ng-
