Alan i don't know. The disparity level in LA is becoming to great. Property on one end doubles and could very well go for triple.
Each time Ag raises rates to slow the economy he stresses out the lower ends and raises the upper end tis an opportunity for deduction and reason to return to a safer field re CD. He has flushed out higher risk stocks but the value wasn't there ot start with. Too much spec money that has found it's way back to the base economy creating inflation. It's easy to look at the figures on imports and see this increase but somehow it is tide into our productivity too and this is not so visible.

In the mean time other parts of the world are getting back on their feet and opportunity increases through telecommuting. The world truly is awash in US dollars. I wonder about m1 m2 and the rest of the world where conversion has taken place but the dollar was there and floats somewhere.
In my life time i have yet to see where prices on food items utilities have decreased in the long haul. Working poor is vogue perhaps for bottom line but it just might not continue and AG could find himself fighting many unsung heroes who create that approximate 14 an hour average.

It is mind boggling because so many millionaires have been created which proves the value of the dollar has decreased.
