FWIW, I think the mgt. changes have to do with strategic focus. While PSFT and others have bought CRM cos. to fill out their app suites, JDEC has not. They have partnered with
with SEBL instread. I'm guessing that Massengill & McVaney had a DOO about whether to continue going alone w/o CRM or to merge with SEBL or attempt to add CRM in some other way. Don't know who favored which abd this all a WAG but it's possible that SEBL is talking with JDEC. It's also possible that their other B2B partner ARBA is interested.
