Leigh,
Hi!!

The machine gun announcements are coming quite fast...No question this analyst meeting was the base for some great things ahead...Great plans take a long planning period....The physical proof lies in the manufacturing facilities that lie around the world....The numbers they have employed in recent months....Heck, the two server facilities in RR alone are frightening enough to a shareholder...Constantly remembering Andy Groves' comments about servers makes me want to BUY MORE DELL...."currently there are 4% of the servers out there required to run the internet by 2004...and all of these will have to be upgraded by then...."
I "think" Michael has an idea where the growth and most profitable areas are going to be and he wants us to be there....He forewarned everyone many many months ago when he spoke of the "RIP OFFS IN THE SERVER INDUSTRY"..."REWRITE THE WAY BUSINESS IS DONE IN THE ENTERPRISE MARKETS".....Seeing those two server facilities is something anyone who plans to own DELL for a long time should be doing...Make it to the shareholders meeting and get a tour of Parmer...It's something one cannot describe...Ask JD if ya don't believe me...
:o)

Have a great time with Daniel....Buy him a happy meal and put it on Patrick's bill...
:o)

Best, Kemble
