I haven't seen it in any of the mainstream media reportage. Also, I must admit I haven't followed the story too closely. We have a bit of a crisis with the NH Supreme Court at present. The whole Court has come under attack for allowing recused justices to participate to certain degrees in the discussion and editing of cases from which they have recused themselves. Big black eye for the Court and the bar as well. JLA
