RE: The worst thing is to get is a perrenial bear turning bullish. Joe Batapaglia is getting bullish on tech. .... Hasn't he always been bullish? BTW, SSB's technical analyst merely mentioned that if we break support at 3650 - 3700, then we may see 3200. He did not claim that we are going there, as CNBC has been reporting.
