Dain would be talking all-inclusive -- land and offshore. It is easy enough to determine onshore rigs working, but to figure the utilization percentage of the "land fleet" is another matter since it is difficult to determine what is a rig and what is not...plus many land rigs are in various states of repair and it would be hard to classify the total fleet that is 'available' with any accuracy. big
