TTRIF LOL WebBroker allowed me to place the order. I did cancel it after it was approved. TD tell me it should not have been approved at all....they blamed it on someone in Toronto...... No one can tell me why I'm not allowed to own or trade it, I told them I might just want to "borrow" some for a day or so.
