the message to all other shareholders is simple enough to understand: "we're getting out while the getting's good". not that that has kept the WS 'analysts' from touting the very same stocks that have seen an avalanche of insider selling...always keeping an eye on those investment banking fees of course. we are witnessing the cycle of credit induced malinvestment nearing its end i believe...
