Everyone was expecting MSFT would be at 140 - 150 right now at the heels of the WIndows2000, office 2000 and whole bunch of new product cycle. Instead the stock is at 48 PE in at a time when SUNW, ORCL, CSCO, INTC and AOL are at stratosphearic levels
