Finally Almost 6 month after first promised date.
Doreal Energy Corporation is pleased to announce that the Aljubarrota
No. 3
Appraisal well is drilling ahead after spudding early this morning
April
10, 2000.
The well is located three miles north of the No. 2 discovery well on
the
143,000 acre Aljubarrota Appraisal License in central Portugal.
Anticipated total depth is approximately 2,450 meters (8,000 feet) and
will
be drilled with air used for circulation. The scheduled time to
reach
total depth is 25 days. It is expected that the well will
encounter
intervals similar to the No. 2 discovery at which times drilling will
cease
temporarily and gas measurements will be made and tested.
Doreal has a 21.25% working interest and a 19.64% revenue interest in
this
Appraisal well. Mohave Oil and Gas Corporation, Houston, Texas, is
the
Operator.
