IMO we will need to re-test the lows again (3700-3800) many investers will wait for that before feeling comfortable buying. Then hopefully we can base there for a bit, and then move back to higher levels. I hate to go to those levels again, but if we can get that out of the way we will have people ready to jump back in. At the end of the year we will look back at these levels, as they will be gone forever. Use caution for a while, but I believe if we dip back down there will be some good bargains like the last time and I will load up. mt
