Hi Jack & all - long term investors in MOT may recall that MOT had the habit of disappointing the street 2/3 years ago, in both #s and outlooks. I think the recent string of better guidance will finally take hold --- that MOT is dependable in terms of guidance and execution. Granted that the share price has factored some of this opinion in, MOT share price is still a long way to go back to that level of regards. As I ve commented before, I see the current MOT is like IBM 4 years ago, after the latter gained a CEO and Lotus. An interesting parallel is the acquisition of GIC, who has been a laggard of sort before the recent runup after years of dormancy. I would think the merger has a great deal of synergy by bringing the best of the two together [obviously, MOT has a lot more other businesses]

best, Bosco
