In the context, which you posted that, I perceive it as a threat. Any further threats or harassment from you will constitute a formal complaint against you.
I don't think that would be a good idea, for you. You really don't know whom you're dealing with, in me. - nor do you have a clue about Lightpath Technologies. However, if you continue your behavior of fraud, threats and harassment, you will have be held accountable.
It's a matter of principle and justice. I doubt that your behavior on the SI Lightpath board is unique, for you. You perform exactly the type of internet stock-talk fraud, for which the SEC is looking to make more very public examples of prosecution.
