I think that the IRA money will be offset by the bozos that haven't sent in their taxes yet and have to sell off a bunch of stock to pay their damned tax bill. (but I'm not bitter).

And yes, I do think that the naz has to come down further. Since last week I have been saying that I expect the naz to go up to 4500 (didn't quite make it, only got to 4450) and then to pullback to 3700/3800 (let's say 3750) to set a higher low.

Basically, I believe that we are going to form a triangle on the 50pt chart with 4100 being the median.
