"One ray of hope is their willingness to talk to shareholders. John Wiseman, President/CEO will take your call directly. For those who wish to call, their phone number is 1-800-268-4177. Diversinet's home page on the Internet is at diversi-net.com. I talked today to Ms. Dove Steel, Investor Relations, and she was very helpful."

"Back during the dark days of 1996 when the stock went down the toilet I was very frustrated and made several attempts to talk with Jack Banks. He never returned my calls! Several weeks later I called again and left a message for John Wiseman. He returned my call after a few days and gave me an update. The point is this...if a company is unwilling to talk with their shareholders you are much better off to put your money elsewhere. It appears that the current management is willing to talk with their shareholds and this is a good sign."

Miles: Thanks for your prompt post on Diversinet Corporation (DVNTF) which traded today under its new symbol. Me and several others I know bought a lot of shares of TIPIF and watched it steadily decline over the last 7 months. I too have very little faith in this company and am down BIG BUCKS on TIPIF. I plan to HOLD my position until I can at least get half of my money back or watch it go to zero. Who knows, I might even clear my position intact if they can get their "act" together.
Their new strategic marketing direction - "to develop and sell a family of leading edge communication enhancing products" is right up my alley of expertise. I am a reseach manager for a small startup company specializing in IT (Information Technology)...we are a computer consulting company specialzing in Internet and Intranet services. I will be watching developments of Diversinet very carefully and will keep us UNHAPPY investors informed regarding their product potential and prospects for earnings.

I hope this information is helpful to all. According to market averages, if you hold a stock for 5 years you have a better than 50% chance to break even. I'm holding!

Regards, Chris...
