Thanks Robert, I understand some institutional investors toured Valence facilities in Henderson today. I also heard that everything is going very well and if the stock price were based on the company's state of affairs, it would have been moving up, not down.

Regardless, its good to have the lawsuit behind us but it's too bad the settlement shares provided the catalyst for the short attack and the resulting margin pressure.

I am sure more institutions see Valence as less risk as batteries become accepted for more applications and shipments are ramping up.

Today's pricing should also make the stock very attractive for those who have done their research. Remember that Valence lags most other startup companies in the level of media coverage because Lev has not been giving interviews!
