It says "anticipated deletion" 04/04/200, which is the date SNTS got the E (but not delisted)....it is now the 10th and SNTS is still trading actively. Yes, they got the E but an E is simply failure to file...or late filing. I still can find no evidence that it has been delisted. It traded over 2M today. It is still tradeable online.

I've had a stock on the pinks (can't trade online, you have to call it in). It is now off the pinks and doing very well. I have another stock, that has had the E for several weeks, and today they announced they have filed. The E will come off once the financials are approved.

Yes an E can be frightening...but with the SEC's backlog, I've found that most do come off eventually.

All we can do is wait.

Regards,
'lene
