You should have seen my Mom....Momma wolf with her cubs. One time when I was about 7 years old I was fishing from the Redondo Beach pier and there were several teenage punks that were cursing and generally acting in a threatening manner to everyone around them. My Mom said "hey, there are kids here!", they gave her some attitude and she started walking over like she was going to toss them over the railing....they shut up. It was kinda cool<g> Mom taught me how to ski, perhaps not the greatest endorsement after the last piffer trip to Reno where I screwed up my knee taking that jump...but really, that was lack of common sense, not skiing ability. My Mom was a HOT skier!!!
