Well, they did get the E on the anticipated date. And yes, you are right, they have never filed. I have searched and have been unable to find any filings. This doesn't mean they won't though. The E is apparently off!! Thanks Sue, you posted the E was off earlier. Sorry for doubting you. Keep up the good work. Yet, the anticipated removal date was the 6th and it is still trading with the E. I'm getting confuzzled here! Another quick Edit: Yikes. I scrolled to the bottom of the page to see what the ^ meant next to the company name. this is what it says. ^The "E" is being removed from this security in conjunction with its deletion from the OTCBB due to the issuer's failure to comply with the Eligibility Rule NASD 6530. The deletions were published on the 3/31/2000 D/L More confuzzled than ever now.
