I only have one daughter..... But tonight my husband and I were trying to have a conversation...and she was lurking about. Wanting Daddy's attention since he had just gotten home from work. He said to her, "Can't I have a 5 minute conversation with your mother??" I said to him, "kind of makes you look forward to the day she has a husband and a daughter" Meaning, she would not be able to have a converstation with her spouse... He said, "NO WAY, THERE ISN'T A GUY OUT THERE GOOD ENOUGH FOR HER!!" (What he was trying to tell me was that he was getting two concert tickets to see Carolyn Arins (SP??)...So that she and I could have a girls night out and go to the concert.
