Intel has no extra immediate capacity, that's why we have had shortages. There will be more capacity coming online but not nearly fast enough to ramp the Willamette quickly enough to collapse Athlon pricing. Willamette ramp WILL be slow. No way AMD will give use a warning on 9/00 or 3/01 because Athlon prices are collapsing due to Willamette.

They plan to have one large fab online this fall (in CO)......and isn't another expected to open in Israel or/and AZ next year?

I don't think we can underestimate Chipzilla. And so, I think the answer maybe "yes".
