Bruce, Looking for .17 to signal a ratio bottom which would mean a price bottom that would be taken as a final "weak hand" shakeout in a couple weeks. Confirmation of a bottom would be seen if the ratio can jump (and I mean jump) over 1 without retracing back below .65 as 4/24 gets close. S&P may very well be below 1438 into 4/24. The ratio really gets important going into both the price and magnet trendline intersections. This is getting mighty interesting. Doug R
