Sonny, One day we may begin to see class action law suits brought against major brokerage firms for market manipulation and racattering. The jury will consists of frustrated shareholders. They will then find brokerages houses such as Merill Lynch Mob or Goldman Suck Em Dry of deception, manipulation and a host of crimes. The brokerages houses will be found guilty and large punitive awards will be sought. This will put an end to the problems William outlined in his post. Lawyers like to sue for everyting these days and they coulld have a filed day with scams like these. It would not be too much of a challenge to convince jurors that Brokerage houses were intent on harming and robbing investors for the purposes of commissions. Frank
