SSP . . Thought, like Jake, that anticipated date applied automatically if no statement to the contrary. Just guessing that Jake and I are not the only ones confused about this. Thought losing the "e" meant a company WAS in compliance and was a "positive". Now, it appears that it may also mean it has been delisted. On which daily list date does it show noncompliance? I looked at the daily lists on the anticipated dates and couldn't find a statement. Please educate new readers of the board & tell us the most efficient way to check on the status of filings for future reference. Thanks and happy trading! I follow your posts regularly and value your expertise.
