Multi Solutions, Inc. Announces that John D. Ryan has agreed to Join FreeTrek.Com's Board of Directors

MONMOUTH JUNCTION, NJ, Apr 10, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Multi Solutions, Inc.
(OTC BB: MULT) today announced that John D. Ryan has agreed to join the board of
directors of Multi Solutions' subsidiary FreeTrek.Com, Inc.

John D. Ryan has held the position of Worldvision Enterprises' President and
Chief Executive Officer since January 1988. He joined Worldvision in 1971 when
it was known as ABC Films; Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ABC, Inc.

A native of the Milwaukee suburb of Wauwatosa, Ryan began his television career
in 1969 as an intern with Milwaukee's NBC affiliate WTMJ-TV. In 1970, Ryan
joined Petry Radio in Chicago as an account executive. His first position with
ABC Films was in the company's Chicago office. Hired as an account executive, he
was promoted to Midwestern Division Manager within a year, and in 1973, when the
Justice Department decreed that television networks must divest themselves of
their distribution businesses, Ryan was named a vice president of ABC Films
successor company, the then privately held Worldvision Enterprises. In 1980 he
moved to New York to become Worldvision's Vice-President, Eastern Division, and
in 1982 was named Senior Vice-President, Domestic sales, overseeing all of
Worldvision's program sales in the United States.

After his ascendancy to his present position as CEO of Worldvision, Ryan
presided over the worldwide distribution efforts of the company's library of
over 20,000 hours of television programming and over 1500 movies. The television
library consisted of many of the most successful shows of all time, ranging from
such programs as DALLAS, BONANZA, LOVE BOAT, AND LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE, to
successful network shows of the nineties like BEVERLY HILLS 90210 and MELROSE
PLACE. The company also licensed some of daytime television's most popular soaps
including GENERAL HOSPITAL, ALL MY CHILDREN, ONE LIFE TO LIVE, AND SUNSET BEACH
as well as children's programming from Hanna Barbera like the FLINTSTONES,
JETSONS, SCOOBIE DOO, YOGI BEAR, AND THE SMURFS.

In the fall of 1996 Worldvision successfully launched JUDGE JUDY into
syndication. It stands today as the most celebrated and successful syndicated
program of the last decade. Just launched last year, JUDGE JOE BROWN, in its
freshman year, is also the highest rated show of its class for the 1998-99
season.

During his tenure Worldvision also launched a successful cable channel in
Central and South America called Tele Uno. Tele Uno was sold to Sony in 1998 and
is now part of its bundled cable offering in Latin America.

Ryan is currently a board member of the International Radio and 'Television
Society [1RTS], and is a member of the Museum of Televison and Radio Roundtable
as well as the New York State Broadcasters Association. He also is a former
director of the board of the National Association of Television Program
Executives [NATPE].
