This deal has some interesting aspects to me. Although it has a place for only one processor unit, and it has other "waste streams" that must be managed, I think it will be a typical acquisition that GRNO must learn to deal with. I certainly hope Milt Adams will stay on long enough to get GRNO on board and trained to run his business. It will be a new base of operations which can be used to expand to contiguous areas and within the AOS area to convince "competitors" to sell out to GRNO. I expect further R & D will be required in Colorado to deal with the altitude and especially the winter temperatures. It won't be anything the GRNO crew can't handle, and will be what they will need to know as they expand their operations to different regions. Charles
