E-BUSINESS CUSTOMER SERVICE APPLICATIONS

ATLANTA, GA. April 11, 2000 -- Jacada Ltd. (NASDAQ: JCDA) today announced that Manpower Inc., (NYSE: MAN) the world?s leading provider of staffing and workforce management solutions, has successfully deployed Jacada© for Java? for its strategic customer service applications in North America. Jacada provides a complete software infrastructure to rapidly transform business critical systems into e-business and wireless solutions and to empower enterprise developers to build Internet applications.
Manpower based in Milwaukee, uses Jacada for Java with its existing business applications to process customer orders and employee assignments, track and process time sheets, and match Manpower employees to job positions at customer locations. The applications? intuitive and integrated web desktop helps increase productivity and provides a more cost-effective technology infrastructure.
Manpower used Jacada?s application enhancements to replace a client/server technology project. The company determined that the client/server software and architecture was not viable based on projected maintenance, support and communications costs. According to Manpower, the e-business infrastructure provided by Jacada better serves its on-going needs.
