In accordance with regulatory requirements, Dynamic Mutual Funds Ltd. announced that it has acquired from treasury, on behalf of its client accounts, 6,035,000 special warrants of Delicious Alternative Desserts Ltd. As a result, assuming such special warrants were converted into underlying common shares, Dynamic Mutual Funds Ltd. would hold on behalf of its clients, on a partially-diluted basis, 15,487,600 common shares (24.9%) when added to the other securities it already holds.
The special warrants were issued by Delicious Alternative Desserts as part of a larger, publicly announced transaction which, if completed, will dilute the number of common shares of Delicious Alternative Desserts held by Dynamic Mutual Funds Ltd. to approximately 11%. The special warrants were acquired for investment purposes. Each client account may, depending on market and other conditions and its own investment objectives, restrictions and practices, increase or decrease its beneficial ownership, control or direction over the common shares or other securities of Delicious Alternative Desserts.
