INSIDER ACTIVITY FYI: One of the reasons for the insider activity is due to the reduction of EMED debt. One of the contractors accepted a position in EMED rather than cash. The company gave prior disclosure about the payment and reduction in debt. If you read the press releases and 10K you will notice what I am talking about. At any rate... Don't wait too long to get back in... there is a post on raging bull that indicates MMs will see this stock up to 18-25 by early summer. Good Luck and Happy Trading
