IS CYAA "GOOD" ENOUGH to LIST on AMEX??...

How does CYAA complies with AMEX listing requirements?

amex.com

Listing Guidelines for U.S. Companies:Regular Financial Guidelines...

1) Pre-tax income $750,000 latest fiscal year or 2 of most recent 3 fiscal years...

In the first 9 months of 1999, CYAA had pre-tax income
of $1.744 Million===============X CHECK!

2) Market value of public float $3,000,000...

CYAA has some 1.5 Million shares in its float, worth
some $6000,000 at $4.00/share==============X CHECK!

3) Price $3...

CYAA currently trades above $4.00==================X CHECK!

4) Operating history --- Not required, but believed to be several years of solid operations...

5) Stockholders' equity $4,000,000...

Stockholders' equity in the last filing is shown as $5.3 Millions=============X CHECK!

6) Inescapable Conclusion:

CYAA is now ready to apply to AMEX, which should be the Exchange of choice for its type of Business and to get away from the Greedy Market Makers and the "naked shorters".... Spear, Leeds, Kellogg would be the Specialist of choice for it and I expect, when the stock moves over the $10.00 mark, a 2 for 1 forward Split will occur, bringing the outstanding to a measly 6.4 Millions and the Float to 3 Millions shares...
