ConSyGen Registers BizPay International, Inc. as Delaware Corporation
TEMPE, Ariz., Apr 11, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- ConSyGen, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CSGI) (www.consygen.com), announced today that it has registered BizPay International, Inc. as a Delaware corporation. BizPay International is a wholly owned subsidiary of ConSyGen, Inc.
"BizPay International will function as the holding company for all of the BizPay(TM) rollouts around the world," remarked Eric Strasser, ConSyGen's Chief Financial Officer. "By setting up BizPay International as a Delaware corporation, we are in a position to spin this company off to our shareholders once it becomes successful." BizPay International, Inc. will own ConSyGen's interest in all of the BizPay corporations and joint ventures around the world.
The Board of Directors and management team will be chosen by Lew Burridge, ConSyGen's CEO. Rick Somerton, Chairman and CEO of Notremos Corporation Pty Ltd., an Australian company, has agreed to take a seat on the BizPay International, Inc. Board of Directors. Notremos is a 50% partner in BizPay Australia. A reciprocal arrangement is in place, with a member of the BizPay International, Inc.'s management team having a seat on the board of MCorp.com.au Pty Ltd., Notremos' international holding company. Additionally, BizPay International and MCorp.com.au are exploring a joint business development agreement to extend past the Australian project to other countries around the world.
