it's the put call ratio on the near month OEX options...

when more puts are bought to calls we deem this as being bullish...because of all the bearishness of the action..

and vice versa...when the index hit.s around 30+++ to 40-50...this usually means heavy fear in the markets...

when it moves toward 20-17 area, very bullish, but it means a selloff is gonna happen..too bullish, so it's bearish..

it's a contrarian indicator i use...

THERE'S A SERIOUS MAJOR RALLY GOING ON RIGHT HERE..MAJOR...

let's see if it can hold...
