Active card ACTI.O was upgraded to a strong buy. The stock trades around $43. Earnings for the next two years are pegged at a slight loss and a slight gain. Why!, Oh Why! is Cubic languishing in the low to mid twenties, when they are virtual pros. at using/implementing smart cards? They have a significant income at present and a cash flow that is better than many. Your opinion. PLEASE!
