Cyber, thanks for the repsonse.

How about item #4, the video bug? It crashed my NT system again this morning during a critical moment that cost me dearly.

In addition, please note that with QCharts configured to link with CyberX, shutting down CyberX often causes QCharts to abort, so there is something in the DDE link (which I assume is the method) that is failing. I'll let the QC people know.
