Call Brian Turner, VP, he can give you a quick breakdown. VME comprises approximately 50% of their revenue. VME market looks to double by the year 1999. Due to RSYS particular business model of becoming "part" of the OEM's design organization, they've been able to keep prior INTC clients and add others. The big squat by short traders in the past was that RSYS would lose INTC clients when they took over the VME business. WRONG. Most VME business is actually handled by the OEMs themselves. RSYS model is permitting them to offer the OEMs a less costly design methodology for both VME and PCi. Generally, going forward, OEMs buy VME from the lowest bidder; if RSYS can produce same design for less money, they'll use RSYS. The major problem with RSYS now is that they can't fill demand fast enough. They stated they are adding 33% capacity to manufacturing which will be in line by the 3rd and 4th quarters of this year. OEMs in the meantime are waiting for RSYS to obtain increased capacity in order to offer more business. Additional shifts have been added at their plant to address increased demand (this is according to last quarter's after market talk by the RSYS). Remember, all analysts following RSYS have a strong buy rating. Only one analyst, JP Morgan, has a buy rating - and this is due to JP Morgan not having a "strong buy" rating category.
