The question, in a democracy, is whether or not the injury to the minority is sufficient to abrogate the right of the majority. The fact of a benediction, especially on the customary rotating basis, is so far from an establishment of religion, so obviously a concession to community custom, that it seems an inadequate reason to make the majority pay......
