In spite of what people on this message board may think (including me till now), I think that the microsoft-justice problem is weighing on the tech market. If the Justice department doesn't allow Microsoft to be dominant, the fear may be that nobody can become dominant in the future. Everyone has to be little bit less aggressive. This is not good for the tech marketplace. Aggressiveness is the hallmark of high growth companies...
