Cooliemon, in your post #825 was a Financial Post article by Ian McKinnon.

In that article, he claimed that "The warrants issue will result in the refinery's owners obtaining another 3.1 million shares, lifting the total to 26.6 million."

Based on that article, I assumed that the overall number of shares will rise to 80-81 million and used it in the NAV estimation and in my first version of the I.Q.2000 forecast.

However, the "Information Circular" states on p.34-35 that when the two transactions close (warrants and acquisition), the maximum number of shares issued to CAII (if 100% ShNOS shares owned by CAII) will be only 21,990,489 and the maximum overall number of shares will be 75,983,848.

Was Mr.McKinnon off his rocker?
