<<since the low on 4/4, the sellers seem to be gradually, grudgingly losing their control of MRVC to the buyers. Could that be due to the MMs now beginning an accumulation phase again, something that appeared to be happening much of last fall?>> or could it be because the fundamental picture is becoming clearer and investors are willing to step up to the plate when more pictures of the puzzle are available?
