Roger...

As you know I have been short ZIXI. As you perhaps also know I am a dam poor market timer thus I generally go long or short based on convictions and not charts or other peoples opinion except those whom I respect.

I have been one of those dummies that has taken a bigger position than usual for me, shorting as it went up, with a now average short price of 40. I sweated it out a few days when it went to 96, not being boxed, but finally I am almost back to even. What a ride!

Now my question. With the new board member from the Lotus "fame" (can't for the life of me remember his name as I type this) do you think there is any possibility for a partnership or any other type of relationship with Lotus Notes.

I have read your notes about why corporate America would most likely not go for ZIXI and I agree with your reasoning. Nonetheless, a relationship with Lotus could give this stock a big push once again.

Thanks in advance.

Bob T.
