"classic way to kill your competition while leveraging your os monopoly to FORCE folks to pay you money" What proof do you have that the OS costs more because IE is in it? If the OS doesn't have anything besides IE in it that makes it worth a few more dollars, you wouldn't be buying it. Only buy it if you want the new features. That's not a monopoly, that's something that people are buying because they want to. How are you being "forced?"
