Thank you for all the good info and insight Katie. Sounds like Gibbons should take early retirement. At least we can now make an informed judgement. This stock could qualify as a "GOOF". If you are interested in the definition and a really fun thread (but with a underlying serious nature, I would invite you to go to MISC, General and go down to a thread called "The Official Guide to GOOFS" or something close. It was started by what has become a good friend, Paul Weiss. We have kind of found we are kindred souls with the same perverse sense of humor. Anyway if you want to check it out I suggest that you choose the option to view all responses and then go down the whole thread. It will bring you up to speed and then join us and nominate SPCO if you find it is your cup of tea. Either way thanks a lot for the info and the time. Rick
