Steve- Thank you for your even handed and absolutely fair approach to TERN. It's amazing hearing the TERN Exec's try to weasel out of direct question on the "cease and desist" letter, as well as other questions being asked of them. I have rarely seen a less forthcoming public company, and I believe the market tomorrow will reflect this. Skane P.S. Lehman Bros. nailing them to the wall re: Cease and Desist letter, calling them liers
