I'd hope audited financial statements are accurate. Yes, the tender was withdrawn, it really suprised me. But I'm going to hold. Decent dividend yield, low PE, and of all things, Hughes is going thru a divorce....don't know if she'll have any possibility of getting part of his stake in the company, but if so, he could lose control and that would open things up some.

Bought some OPG today. It's a protected growth security from ML on Oracle....with about a 12% return until it will be likely called in April 2001.

Anyone know of other similar securities?

Looks like all small cash deals are very risky at this point, many have already fallen apart, and others seem like they're hanging on by a thread.
