Pluvia: What basis do you have for the assertion that they were indicted for insider trading? What is the basis of your assertion that they only repackage someone else's modem? Other than idle speculation, what is the basis for your assertion regarding pricing to Shaw and Rogers? Is it not very common for large customers and vendors to have equity interests these days? E.g., MSFT in many companies? I read the C&D letter. Who says it was material?
