TI2, In addition to Ferrofluidics in the crystal puller area, I remember that IPEC was involved in selling tools for cleaning and polishing the ingots and wafers. In fact, a couple of years ago they started up a joint venture with MEMC for developing plasma-based tools for this purpose, but I have not heard of anything coming out of that. ==John C.
