sw, Terayon misled investors about their role in DOCSIS for a long time... Too the point where CableLabs needed to issues a Cease and Desist letter. This shows a history of deceptive management by Terayon. I have never seen a company with deceptive management prosper. Expect serious charges of fraud to follow.
