The company is paying a contractor in stock and not in cash? I haven't read the 10k. What was the value of the stock when the contractor was paid? Most of the small stocks I have been in have gotten hammered. I will only trade occasionally in this market for the next couple months. Don't feel like holding anything right now. Good luck with the stock. Susan
